The company has as a project the construction of 3.5 MW of photovoltaic power stations, which mean over 9,300 photovoltaic panels.

The panels installed on the roofts of two shops situated in Bucuresti and Focsani have a capacity of 490.5 KWp and come to support the environment through the reduction by over 760 tons per year of carbon dioxide emissions.

The two projects for installation of photovoltaic panels were made for the shops Kaufland Focsani and Kaufland Militari in Bucuresti. On the roof of Kaufland Bucuresti there were installed 720 photovoltaic panels, on a surface of over 1,300 square metres, and on the roof of the Focsani shop there were installed 588 panels, on a surface of over 1000 square metres. The period of project, authorization, acquisition, installation and putting into work was over two months and a half.

The annual production of electricity made by the two shops will be 639.8 MWh, out of which 358.5 MWh will be generated by the shop in Bucuresti and 281.3 MWh by the shop in Focsani. The Simtel Team people will ensure the maintenance of photovoltaic panels, corrections of any type made in 24 hours, and annual revisions to prevent any potential unpleasant situations in the future.
