Infrastructure: CFR Passengers announces 10% cuts for European travels by train

Tickets for train travels from Romania to Europe can be bought with 10% price cuts for first and second class, according to the press release made by CFR Passengers on Friday.

 

In the context of the European Railway Year for holidays by train at attractive prices, CFR Passengers recommends Interrail Pass, with 10% price cuts in June, for both variants of the offer: Interrail Global Pass and Interrail One Country Pass. The reduction is granted to all traveler categories (adults, young people and seniors) both for 1st and 2nd class . Children under 12 years old benefit from free tickets (maximum two children accompanied by an adult), while young people (up to 28 years old), adults and seniors (over 60) also enjoy lower prices,” the railway operator informs.

 

According to the source, Interrail Global Pass offers the possibility to unlimited travels to 33 European countries, from Scandinavia to Turkey and sea crossing by boat between Italy and Greece.

 

Passes validity extends from 4 days to 3 months, and passengers are free to choose their route during the journey. Interrail Global Pass is also valid in the countries of residence, for a round trip.

 

Interrail One Country Pass at promotional cost is valid for: Germany, Great Britain, Spain, Austria, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Italy, Estonia, Greece, Czech Republic, Hungary, Portugal, Bulgaria, Croatia, Northern Macedonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Turkey.

 

CFR Passengers points out that Interrail Global and Interrail One Country with 10% price cuts can be returned or exchanged in the same way as full price tickets. Interrail Pass is sold by ticket offices in train stations and CFR Passenger agencies open to international traffic.
