Premier asks Parliament to set a date immediately to debate motion of censure filed on Oct 28

Prime Minister Emil Boc on Thursday sent a letter to the Speakers of the Chamber of Deputies and Senate, in which he requested for the Standing Bureaus to be convened in an urgent meeting, in order to be completed procedures for the Government to be able to pledge responsibility on the national education law, said a press release from the Executive's press office.

The Prime Minister asked for a date be set immediately for the motion of censure, which had been filed on October 29, to be debated.

'According to a decision of the Constitutional Court dated November 24, 2010, the motion of censure, once filed, can not be stopped.
