MDRT wants a public-privates partnership for Esplanade and development of Alexeni airport

The Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism (MDRT) wants to begin a public private partnership with projects like the real estate ensemble Esplanade in Bucharest, Alexeni Airport, Ialomita and the development of Ana Aslan treatment base, according to minister Elena Udrea. She said at a press conference of MDRT that she took over the development of the famous Esplanade project and was looking for a private investors for its development.

She also mentioned the achievement of the national cadastre by a public-private partnership. “We hope to begin the procedure of finding a private partner in January. We have an offer from Samsung and other companies interested in joining this partnership, the minister said.Other projects are the multipurpose hall and ecological residential unit in Ghencea, Bucharest.
