Chevrolet wins ground in Romanian car market
Chevrolet registered a market share on the rise in Romania to 5.24% with the 927 cars bought in the first four months of 2010.Over January-April 2009, Chevrolet held 2.5% of the Romanian car market.
In the first four months, car sales in Romania reached 28,302 units, on the drop by 36.5% compared to the same period of 2009.Chevrolet models most in demand are Aveo, the new Spark and Chevrolet Cruze. Chevrolet sold 1379 units in the Romanian market through the used car program.
Chevrolet Spark, equipped with air conditioning, 6 airbags, ABS, electric windshields, centralized locking, radio CD MP3 and USB, costs 5119 euro, VAT included.
Chevrolet Cruze costs 8990 VAT included, through Remat program. The standard equipping includes air conditioning, 6 airbags, ABS+ EBD, ESC, TCS, electric windshields, heated electric mirrors, radio CD with MP3, centralizes locking with remote control and other standard equipping.Chevrolet Aveo Sedan costs through the used car program 5200 euro,the 5 door Chevrolet Aveo is 5540 and Lacetti 6948 euro, all VAT included.Chevrolet offers are valid until 30 June 2010 in the limits of available stock through the Program stimulating the renewal of the national car park 2010.
