AP Interview: Romania to abstain on Palestinians

Romania's foreign minister says his country will abstain on voting on Palestinian statehood if the issue arises at a U.N. General Assembly session next week. Teodor Baconschi also says there is no consensus on the subject within the European Union's 27 member states, but if one emerges, Romania will comply.
