Date: 27-01-2012

A percentage of 9% of the Romanians trust the Parliament and the government, a survey made by our recruiting site BestJobs on the basis of the present political context. The latest surveys made on BestJobs wanted to measure the degree of trust offered to the information coming from the media – such as newspapers, TV, radio – when it comes to complete, accurate coverage, as well as in political institutions.

The media was at the top of trust offered by the citizens of Romania ( mostly and extremely) getting a total of 19 percentage points. At the other end, the majority trust little and very little the government (90%) the Parliament (95%), Justice (85%) and the Police (80%). A higher reliability or highest reliability was offered by a small number of interviewees to the government (6%), parliament (3%) justice (11%) and the police (17%).

The surveys were made at national level on a sample of 2243 interviewees, presented on the BestJobs site in January 2012. These are part of a series of surveys BestJobs which measure the opinion of the users on a variety of topics connected to workplace, economy and career.

These surveys are not scientific and they reflect the opinions of the users. BestJobs is a recruitment service and hosts over 2,100,000 CVs in their data basis and has over 70,000 companies as a client.
