President Basescu to attend European Council works, on Thursday

Romania's President Traian Basescu is attending the informal meeting of the heads of state and government of the EU member countries, in Brussels, on Thursday. According to a Presidential Administration release, the Romanian President will pay a visit to the Brussels-based hqs of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), on the same day, when he is to meet with the NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.
