Govt to decide local polls day next week

The Romanian Government might approve next week a resolution on holding the local polls, Prime Minister Calin Popescu-Tariceanu said on Wednesday.The executive, at its sitting on Wednesday, approved an emergency ordinance on some moves to organise the elections.'Next week we'll be in a position to pass the governmental resolution on the day when the elections will be held', the prime minister announced.(...)
